Why should I buy Jewellery from you?

At Eldo Jewellery, we specialise in pre-owned jewellery. We currently have one of the finest ranges of pre-owned jewellery and watches in the UK. We have a ring for every finger and pendant for every neck, we have something for every person and every occasion and it all comes at a significantly reduced price to its brand new equivalent.

Will my jewellery be hallmarked?

All our jewellery is sold fully hallmarked to comply with British Hallmarking regulations.

What Condition will my pre-owned Jewellery arrive in?

We make sure that all our jewellery and watches are fully polished and working up to a pristine condition, to satisfy the highest jewellery standards, by our team of excellent goldsmiths. It is important to look at the pictures to make sure it is to your liking. All the pictures will be of the actual items. If there are any defects they will be highlighted in the description.

Do you offer a Guarantee?

We offer a six month guarantee on all our jewellery. We promise to cover all costs in repairing any damage to your purchased jewellery. This excludes any accidental or deliberate damaged caused by the customer. It only covers damage caused as a result of being sold a faulty product.

Do you do international delivery?

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

How long will shipping take?

UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For all orders placed before 1pm they will be dispatched the same day and should be with you by 1pm the following day. Please note these times are not guaranteed by us. For more information visit www.royalmail.com

How much is postage and is it insured?

Postage and Packaging is free of charge. All our jewellery is sent to you via fully insured postal service. The items only become your responsibility once they have been delivered to you.

My order hasn’t arrived, what can I do?

We ask that customers wait until 5 working days have passed, to make sure there isn’t a postal delay. After this time has passed, drop us an email  – we’ll get right on it!

I don’t like my item, can I get a refund?

Very sorry to hear this – it is very rare for someone to not fall in love with our products! We believe that customer satisfaction is key, which is why we offer a no questions asked 7 Day Full Money Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, simply return it for a refund! Drop us an email to arrange a return/refund.

Can my jewellery be modified?

We offer a sizing and engraving service on all our rings. We can also shorten or lengthen Bracelets and Necklaces. Seeing as Jewellery pieces can all be so different its best to get in touch with us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal to process all web orders. PayPal is a secure online payment system which accepts all major credit and debit cards: Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo and Direct Debit, in addition to payments from a PayPal account if you have one.
